Return Policy

Returns, Exchange or Refund are only available for 15 days after date of purchase.

Damaged Items

For any damaged item claims please contact us immediately with your order number, name and contact information. You will also need to email us a picture of the shipping package, item and the area of damage.

If damage to the item is due to the shipper not taking proper care of the package, you will need to contact them as well to file a claim with them for the damages.   

Return/Exchange

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 15 days of the date of purchase, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method minus the shipping and handling fees. For returns on an item that is not what was expected when ordering please contact us so we can discuss an exchange or return of the item. Some items may have a restock fee. Purchaser of item will pay shipping fees for return or exchanged items.

Return & Refunds

Refunds on returned items will not be issued until we have received the item and inspected for use and or damages. Returns, exchange and refunds are only available for 15 days from date of purchase and only excepted if item is in unused/new condition. Refunds will only be for price on the item and will not include the shipping fees.

Broken Product or Failure Of Product

Items that have been broken or had a failure due to misuse will not be returnable or replicable unless we determine that the failure was caused from a manufacture defect. In the case of a claim regarding failure caused by the manufacture process we will need to have the item returned to us for review and inspection.
